Congratulations to our Pastor Stan Phill on his recognition for Black History Month by the City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department for his outstanding contributions as the Founder and Executive Director of A Caring Safe Place, a transitional living facility situated in the 5th Ward. Additionally, Pastor Stan created Lydia's Place Apartments and A Caring Safe Place Homebuilders which is a subsidiary of A Caring Safe Place. Through his roles as a Husband, Father, Pastor, Social Entrepreneur, Author, and Community Leader, Pastor Stan has positively impacted numerous lives around the City of Houston and the United States.
